Tuscany Leather is led by entrepreneurial Altavilla family, who are experts in marketing, and distribution technologies for handcrafted products. Throughout the years, Tuscany Leather has been recognized with several awards, including the prize "OK ITALIA 2011, " for contributing to the enhancement of typical Tuscan products abroad (category: small/medium sized businesses).

All products are still made and assembled the traditional way but new technologies have helped them respond to increasing market demand. Their leather is tanned according to the old tanning tradition of the 19th century using vegetable tannins, but it also gives full consideration to the protection of the environment.

The Pratesi brand was established by Egido Pratesi, in Florence, Italy, where the company still operates today.   Mr, Pratesi’s business was originally created to make movie costumes and leather shields during the war era.  It evolved from making small leather goods to specializing in making beautiful, handmade, artisan bags.

The Pratesi family’s creativity and development of unique design features make this brand stand out…..after all, this is the company that came up with the idea of putting lights in their bags!  The quality of these bags is exceptional.

Arcadia bags are designed and produced in Abruzzo Italy, in the artisan tradition. All the leather is also sourced and produced in Italy and they are treated and processed exclusively with water-based solvents, to ensure to safeguard the environment.
