Upon receipt of your package, if you are truly not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 5 business days to get a return claim authorization number.    You will need to include the claim number with your returned parcel and send to us within 14 days.   The product must be returned in the same condition, with all the original packaging, tags and certifications that were provided in the original shipment.  


Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the inspection outcome.  If there are no issues with the returned item, we will provide a full refund (including shipping fees).  We will make a refund to your original method of payment.  We will not be able to refund products that are damaged or in unsellable condition. 


It will be the customer’s responsibility to make any returned product shipping arrangements and to pay for the shipping fees.  Returned items must be received within 14 days of receiving the return claim authorization number.  Please note: that no refunds or returns will be accepted without a return claim authorization number.
